AO Tackle Football 2024
AO Sports & Fitness is excited to offer your athlete the opportunity to play in our second year of 4th-6th grade tackle football in fall 2024. We made great strides in our inaugural season going undefeated and allowing ZERO points in the regular season which led us to compete in the SVAA Super Bowl. We have a great group of coaches returning next year featuring Kenny Wheaton, former Dallas Cowboys DB and University Oregon Hall of fame inductee as Head Coach of all tackle teams.
Our goal is to be an elite football program while teaching our players the proper technique and skills that build the foundation required to be successful at the high school level and beyond. Athlete’s positions on our teams are not pre-determined. Players will be evaluated using the same standard as all the others and given a fair chance to try out for whichever position they desire within the league weight restriction guidelines. Most importantly we want our athletes to have the best football experience possible as they move from flag/touch to tackle.
Practice:
Practice will start in AugustSeason Length: (September-November 2024)
8-10 Games played on Saturdays.
