He focuses on the whole picture, it’s not about just winning for him, it’s about making the athlete better as an individual & a human, how to have humility, be coachable and lead from whatever position you play. His coaching style is intense and the kids respond really well to it because he invests in them on and off the field. He does everything from studying film each game and executes personalized feedback to taking the kids out for a team building activity at a fun spot of their choice. He shows up to events his athletes invite him to whether it be a birthday party or something they are excited about, he cares. You can’t find that these days. I forever cannot say enough nor express my gratitude for the ways AO Sports & Fitness has impacted my 11 year olds life.
