5V5 FLAG FOOTBALL

OUR PROCESS

This season we are making our competitive 5v5 flag football program available for all! We will have up to 2 teams per age group. All effort will be made to find teams for those that want to play. After tryouts, an email will be sent out with the AO Select commitment letter and notification of which team your athlete made. Once your athlete agrees to the commitment letter he or she will be added to the TeamSnap roster and invoiced for the seasons fees.

Athletes between the ages 6U – 12U are welcome to try out. (Please note divisions are based on players age on August 1, 2025 NOT their current age).

$25

Plan on arriving 15 minutes early to check in. Please reach out to AO Select Administrator, Holland Brown, Selectteam@aosportsandfitness.com directly if you're interested in trying out but have a conflict with the original try out dates. Please Note: Alternate try out dates are $100.00.
